Insurance companies got a foothold into the Hospital System by offering them Administrative "Assistance" in running their books and budgets.

As Doctors don't have time for Administration and there was a disconnect it was the perfect opportunity for Insurance to fill the void. Insurance knows NOTHING about health. It wasn't the right thing to do.
