Kamchatka
Culturally outdated by choice User ID: 57291893 United States 07/15/2020 07:48 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Marshmallow root - tea okay, but capsules are great! I use them all winter. Tea of mullein and stinging nettle with local honey. Calms allergies, too. Mullein is a wonderful lung tonic. Cut up red onion. Put in Mason jar. Add cayenne or habanero pepper to tolerance. Bit of ginger. Cover with local honey. Put lid on jar and let it set overnight. Soothes everything. More deplorable all the time. |

The honey and lemon help with the sore throat and cough, the bourbon helps you sleep. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. "America is at that awkward stage.
