Back when I quit, smokes were $5 a pack...and at the store bundles of flowers were like 3.99...so I’d spend money on flowers and sniff them if I felt a need to calm...I also spent time accounting for how much I was saving from not throwing away money on it and started planning better ways to put that saving into better use...
