Indeed that seems to be the only explanation as it's going full tilt here in Canada too even though we were the finish line for the Underground Railroad and less than 3% of the population is black (but 50% of the ads show black couples & families while the rest show mixed race couples of a black man and a white, usually blonde, woman.)
