If it isn't him they sure have perfected his speech, gaffes and all. I remember watching Obama during a national address back in 2012-2013 and thinking that it clearly looked like CGI on a green screen. That technology has existed for a while. Also, I could never forget the horrible stand in they used for Hillary after the 9-11 memorial incident.

At this point it wouldn't surprise me if they pulled something like this with Biden. If they were really smart they would replace him with Michelle Obama and call it a day.
