The explosion has taken place inside the Sina Athar Medical Center near #Tajrish in North of #Tehran. Multiple gas cylinders were exploded & destroyed the whole 4 floors of the clinic. Fire fighters can be seen dealing with the fire caused by the explosion. [ link to twitter.com (secure)]
