And it depends on where it is at. A small ranch style house in California or choice areas of new England will run the same as a large Mc mansion in Texas You can buy a four bedroom two story 4000 sq ft house for 250,000 here now, in one of them gated HOA subdivisions. No one wants to live where you cant do what you want with your own property. Yeah, I agree with you.
