Paying income taxes are illegal. The income tax amendment was only ratified by four states and therefore was not a legal amendment, the IRS code was not enacted into “Positive Law” within the Code of Federal Regulations. Positive Law = Laws that have been enacted by a properly instituted and recognized branch of the government. The 16th amendment was not legally ratified and that Secretary of State Philander Knox was not merely in error, but committed fraud when he declared it ratified in February 1913.
