I was told I don't need to go to the hospital unless my symptoms become severe or if I have trouble breathing. Quoting: SoberLife What helped you get through the virus? Any tips / suggestions? This question is directed to people that have been diagnosed and recovered from this illness. You have the flu. It's normal. User ID: 77861117 United States 06/24/2020 04:49 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Get some artemisinin. It's a zinc ionophore, like quinine is, but it is also helpful in regulating insulin, so might help with the diabetes if it isn't severe. As others have said, also take zinc, D3 and K2, vitamin C, a good B complex, sleep as much as you can, and don't put off taking a really hot bath with a drop or 2 of eucalyptus oil and some epsom salts. The eucalyptus opens airways and kills pathogens, too. But warning! For me, I cannot use much eucalyptus oil in a bath or it burns my skin...Hence, the drop or two. Hope you recover quickly. Prayers up for you! Things are bad enough, there is no need to make anything up. ~Fluffy "Never interrupt an enemy in the process of destroying himself." Quercitin and zinc...Get it. Take it. Any tips / suggestions? This question is directed to people that have been diagnosed and recovered from this illness. Got my wife and eldest daughter through it with Vitamin D, C complex mega doses, only water to drink. Made green juice in the juicer to drink, loads of fresh veggies and a few fruits for sweetness. Had a room humidifier going nonstop right next to them to help with the labored breathing part, they both had it bad. Used a product recommended by Trinity here called Clear Lungs. I advise getting it ASAP rushed for around day 5 when shit gets real. Complete bed rest for 9 days, elevated on the side with percussive mucus pounding to loosen up phlegm. Wife had the fever over 102 for 9 days straight, it was hell for her. I didnt' catch it because I quarantined them to their rooms and lived like a monk for a month during and after. I have that luxury being self employed. Recovery started on the 11th day, where they said they started to feel better. Used up all sick leave and PTO to get through this. But according to GLP it's a 'mild flu'. Keep in mind this site has only about 2000 people on a good day, a very small very vocal, very...crazy minority that should almost never be listened to about anything unless you need a good laugh from Cletus and Crew. Prayer helps and get your mind in a good place, watch some comedy shows to lighten up your mood and stay away from this cesspit of negativity and heal up man we're pulling for you. OH shit forgot to mention, we used an essential oil diffuser to pump Theive's Oil right at them nonstop day and night, stuff they used backed during the Spanish Flu that had the mysterious ability to ward off the sickness in those who had to bury the dead. They soaked their facemasks in it. Can't hurt. It did pull them both through but no pre-existing conditions and both otherwise in fine health. Which is probably the biggest contributing factor. Wife caught hers from a patient from Indonesia who broke quarantine early on. Daughter from working in a daycare at a gym, dirty place that. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74095201 "Covid 19" is not any more damaging to humans than the normal cold. It is simply another cold virus. The really dubious part is, they have no idea if you have "Covid 19", or one of the other hundreds of cold mutations always going around. Here is what they test for. Coronavirus antibodies. Coronavirus is the common cold. They do not test for "Covid19". So if you have had a common cold in the past two or three years, you will likely test positive for coronavirus antibodies. This is why 80% of people test positive and are asymptomatic. They had a cold six months ago. They have coronavirus antibodies. Thus, they are told they are positive. The deaths in old people and a few young people here and there....they happen every year. From flu and pneumonia and yes, the common cold kills old and immune compromised people yearly. ALL of these deaths are being labeled "Covid19" now. They have created this hoax to crater the economy. That is why they have done all of this. You have a cold or the flu. Take zinc, vitamin d3 and vitamin c and get some rest. You will be fine. As long as you don't tell the hospital and they intibate you to get the 50 grand and kill you. The really sick part is the mental game this is playing on people. Everyone believes that they are dying or short of breath or if they have a cold they are freaking out to the point of passing out. The elite are evil fucks. all great for OP and all of us to read Liberalism is totalitarianism with a human face – Thomas Sowell |

Fever, drowsiness, sore throat, sore sinuses, mucus production, coughing, dizziness, lack of focus, shivering, body pains. Basically a flu on steroids. On Monday I had a runny nose and hoarse voice, thought it was allergies. Tuesday I woke up shivering. As the day progressed I thought I had a cold because my throat and sinuses started hurting. Got home and took my temperature it was 101.5 and stated having more symptoms like dizziness and unable to focus. Realized it didn't all add up so went and got tested this morning. |

Best comfort foods for me are pizza, steaks, lobster, lasagna, tacos, philly cheese steak subs, deli hoagies, burgers & fries, etc. And exercise. If you start having trouble breathing, get out there and jog a few miles. That will open up those airways. If your temp gets too high, go sit in the freezer for a while. Or fill your hot tub with cold water and ice. Hey, whatever works, right. Good luck. And you should really give up the diabetes. If I can quit smoking, you can quit the donuts. |
