Most of the high-paying I.T. positions nowdays, including middle managers - are filled by foreign Indians on H-1B work visas... This is a tragedy... because all that tech was invented in the U.S.... They are robbing regular Americans from that work.. and the companies actually help them fill out their visa paperwork... so that they can come over and work / rob American jobs.

Why does San Jose State University have a Human Rights Institute? Aren't universities and colleges suppose to teach higher types of educational theories like mathematics, piano playing, English, and underwater basket weaving? Why do they need to promote human rights? Are they worried about Mexicans entering the US illegally? Or do they care about the poor living conditions in Mexico that they have to survive in?

We need to close down higher education and make everybody and I mean everybody start from the bottom and work their way to the top. Slop the hogs, kill the hogs, butcher the hogs, be a truck driver to deliver the hogs, become a salesman for hogs, and then a manager for all of these careers. Maybe then you can become the President and CEO of the hog company. Shouldn't get a golden ticket to the top just because you passed a few college classes and talked your way into the "club". True, but it's not just about race. It's about individual aptitude, which varies immensely.

I can code. I can even code well. There's no limit to how complex things I can handle. But I'm unfortunately not very productive. It takes me a lot of time, and I get burned out by focusing on it for too long.

Meanwhile, some guys are CODING GODS. They can code in their sleep. They're productive AS FUCK.

It's not an exaggeration to say one GREAT coder performs like twenty MEDIOCRE coders. I'm a mediocre coder. Nothing I do can raise me above that level. I can learn more stuff, but I can't take that quantum leap and transcend my mediocrity.

Most smart white dudes are like me, they can do it. A select few white dudes are coding geniuses. Most of the software in the world was done by them (I'm talking real coding, not sloppy Python scripting!).

Some Asians can code very well too. Even a few Indians can do it (even if the vast majority of them are absolutely worthless coders!). And I guess there must be one or two blacks who can do it too, even if I've never seen one personally.

Women are generally not up to this particular task, due to lack of ability to focus on one thing to the exclusion of all else IMO. I guess there must be some exception there too, but every time I've seen a media story about some woman who supposedly developed something she was always part of some big team, and I get the feeling she didn't contribute much.
