Yes. It started happening in birmingham before the protests, during the 2 month quarantine. For hours we have someone north of the city setting off fireworks. I see lots of complaints about it on Nextdoor and Facebook too. I know it is fireworks because I live on red mountain and can sometimes see them. Literally thousands of fireworks and mortars set off at random times. OP where do you live?
