How did the cop who fired know he was being fired upon by a tazer? All he probably saw was a flash of light. Was it even his tazer or his partners? We can see,from the side, it was a flash but what could he see? Maybe he thought he was being fired upon by a gun therefore the shooting would have been justified and all this is just a show. Guy shouldn't have been out drinking and driving in the first place. He shouldn't have resisted arrest. He shouldn't have grabbed the officers tazer. He shouldn't have run. He shouldn't have beaten the officers. He shouldn't have fired upon the officer. Lots of "Shouldn't s" led to a terrible place.
