I worked on a fuckin cop shop for 2 years and I saw the most despicable motherfuckers I've ever seen in my life.

Selfish? The D/A charged the officer with premeditated 1st degree murder.

His actions do not even remotely match that charge, which carries with it the death penalty.

To be guilty of that crime, they would have to prove the officer intended to kill him when he first woke him up in the drive through line.

It's manslaughter at worst.

And what's even more terrible here is that by overcharging the officer with a crime that he is CLEARLY not guilty of, he's probably going to get off which will result in even more riots and violence.

They may as well have charged him with the murder of George Floyd too, same chance of conviction.

If the officer elects to have a bench trial, the first motion to dismiss will probably be granted.

I have news for everyone...
