States are shutting down again - Prepare for more lockdowns

Daily I am hearing about cities/states that have reopened shutting down after new cases. Are they considering there are more cases because testing is easier. More tests - more positives. If you are at risk stay home. As for reopening there may be alternative motives to open and close. This seems to be the trend right now - open for week or so - more cases appear - scare the public by promptly shutting everything down. Something more is going on. Grocery stores still have smaller inventory. This is strange time. Do not believe everything you hear. Attached is article about Florida.
