He did not "push" her to the ground.
He PUNCHED HER in the side of the head.
It was clearly a PUNCH. When you read the text behind the bullshit headline the word "HIT" is used to describe what he did.
They changed the act in the headline to make it sound less
violent than it was.
HE PUNCHED AN OLD LADY ON A WALKER IN THE HEAD.

However, people here keep saying she was using a walker - please take another look. She is pushing a shopping cart of the kind older people use so they don't have to carry their purchases.
