I had to spend a weekend at county once and the dude next to me was talking with his bunk mate about how he was already arrested 13 times in the past year. I kept my mouth shut but I kept thinking to myself how the hell does this guy keep getting released and why does he keep getting himself arrested?

It's a ruff estimate . . . yet, my guess is 50% of Blacks in the USA live as apart of a culture that categorizes and labels all the different races as having unique behavioral traits because of their different genetic make-up.
And I estimate 50% of Whites in the USA do the same. Such a mentality from the two cultures leaves an environment enriched with stereotyping acting as a barrier. Preventing the elimination of racism.
It seemingly is an impossible task. Yet, many of the young Whites never give up the hope that the Blacks suffering from alienation and subjugation will some how free of such suffering through government reform.
Young Whites believing Blacks that do harm to other people is only due to the exposure of the feelings of desolation being as a part of their person, each day with their daily routines, because of institutionalized racism towards Blacks.
