Dude wasn't just drunk. He was obviously BLACKOUT drunk(had no clue he passed out in the drive through), resisted arrest after blowing the breathalyzer, took an officers weapon and made an attempt to use it against said officer. BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that man was irrational and very was likely a threat to himself and others. Yes it's a shame he got shot and died. But play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
