A question to people who post videos with no synopsis?

The title is supposed to be the synopsis. Its literally its function. To introduce the topic.

Uh, no. The title and synopsis are different by definition. Synopsis is a brief summary with specific information about the content. Title is just a generic declaration of the topic.

Ok. I guess it's how young people do it. They just want to put something out there ASAP and expect the other people to do all the digging.

I was taught that when I want to give people information, I should make it as digestible and easy to access as possible to maximize the impact. Leaving it to the reader (or in this case viewer) was considered rude and counterproductive.

And you're probably one of those idiots that reports people for not writing a synopsis even though you cant find 1 place in the forum rules that mentions synopsis on videos. You just make up a rule and then let it hurt your feelings and bitch about it,,, a whole thread now. That's why you're called Karen.

As far as this thread goes, I already have my answer. When you post videos, you don't consider it rude not to outline the important bits so that people can decide if the video is worth their time.

It's a generational difference and although it turns me away from the information you want to convey, it is your choice. You are merely choosing your target audience.
