Been waiting for the complete take down of the internet system for about a week or more this go around. Only once, so far, has the site also been down, and it was when the whole East coast was having power outages. Does anyone still have the lick for the site that SHOWS all the different spots across the globe that are attacking different countries by going after their internet service systems?? I use to have the link and switched computers recently and it did not download. Thanks! |

What do the graphs normally look like? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 50793553 Also, how are the graphs to be read? Does an upward spike mean a spike in availability, a spike in unavailability, a spike in usage, or a spike in attempted usage? Also, how much of a time period do the graphs cover? An hour? A day? A week? Found the answers to my questions at [link to downdetector.com (secure)] If the graph is red, there are problems. If the graph is yellow, there are some problems. If blue, then no problems. Each graph is for a 24 hour period. The graph is moved by reports of problems, so spikes are spikes in reported problems. |

It seems as though alot of big websites suddenly went out in rapid succession. Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. User ID: 18418056 United States 06/09/2020 01:00 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I had a home dial up Internet connection for a few years straight back in mid 2004. Then Hell itself took over my home phone line. That ruined things for a home Internet connection for me until late January or early February this year. I got a somewhat crappy expensive wireless home Internet connection then. I got my ISP to come out a couple of weeks ago to fix their antenna. Wow! This connection is actually pretty darn stable and fairly fast for a wireless connection since they fixed their antenna. Sure, it will suck to be without a home Internet connection again when the Internet then the entire national grid goes down. We will make it through... dead or alive. I don't remember the last time google was down. Quoting: WalrusRider Yes, I was trying to use Duck Duck Go which piggybacks on Google, and was not coming up with any search results on repeated attempts. Typed Bing.c om in my address bar and it popped up right away. If there's anything you want to download better grab it now. It's very interesting how many replies here were making fun of this thread. If the internet goes down, that is significant in many different ways. Thanks, OPie. |
