Quoting: Over watch They say crime declined in Camden since they disbanded PD. I worked there for three years. It is not that crime went down, it is that crimes go unreported / unrecorded Why does Camden historically have the nations purest street heroin? I have assumed it has everything to do with being on the waterfront and organized crime control of the docks... is that why??
