"Electromagnetic Precursors for Earthquakes"... lol. I know that Facebook page. It's laughable. I know the people that run it.
I've seen the map look like this before, and ten times worse than this. TEC = Total Electron Count. Yep, the sun is shining. This map means nothing.
This Facebook page posts the same thing every time there's black or white on the map, which is... oh yeah, every damn day.
Like I said -- laughable. A joke, even.

What you posted is literally a screenshot from the Facebook page, OP.
