Actually, what she is doing is enacting the states "police powers act". The Federal government cannot intervene if she says she's doing it on a health issue. All she can say is, it's for the health of the people in her state. She can enforce quarantines and even mandate vaccines if she wanted. Yes, what she is doing is crazy. But,you need to know when to loosen the grip. She obviously is on a power trip. When states enact this act, your rights are basically on hold. Nothing you can do about it.
