The article talks about Barr's expectation regarding an Obama arrest. Barr does not expect Obama to be arrested due to Durham's invetigation.

John McCain was never arrested, either.

Lots of people who went up against Hillary, never got arrested.

Obama could be arrested due to an entirely different investigation than the one Durham is handling.
