The pills contain aborted fetuses that will bring back your hard on that you remember fondly of as a youth. The pills are filled with sawdust from bleeding hogs at the butchers.
The truth may lie in harvesting Stem Cells from the Placenta or aborted fetuses to make bone marrow transplants or grow organs on a scaffold.
