Does anyone here use "Red Light Therapy"?
If so, what do you use it for? Does it work?

Here are some of the benefits of Red Light Therapy.

Relieves muscle pain, aches, and can reduce arthritis

Can promote recovery of skeletal muscle injuries

Enhances physical performance and muscle recovery time

Increases mitochondrial functioning and energy levels by releasing ATP from cells and stimulating DNA/RNA synthesis

Boosts testosterone in men

Speeds up wound healing

Reduces inflammation and oxidative stress.

It can also reduce pain symptoms in cancer patients.

Better blood circulation, vasodilation, and lymph flow

Normalizes thyroid hormones and can help with low thyroid

Improves skin condition and can be used to treat acne

Fights various skin and teeth infections by killing the bad bacteria

Protects your skin against wrinkles, stretch marks and sun-induced aging

Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin that promote skin complexion, joint strength, and hair growth

Supports hair growth and alleviates hair loss

Prevents age-related macular degeneration in the eyes

Boosts cognitive function as well by increasing mitochondria in the head, improving memory, attention, and overall brain health

Everyone should only use red light after sunset to maintain melatonin production.

If you don't have iristech.co on all your devices it's worse than eating candy for your blood glucose.

The electric fields will fry your balls though, should maintain a distance of 2 feet, ideally 3 feet, from any bulb.

Re: Does anyone here use "Red Light Therapy"?
I have a device which I used on my face a few years ago but now I just crack open a window around 8 am, slap on some sunscreen and sit on my bed drinking coffee till 11 am. After that I close it. This practice is pretty strictly to keep my circadian rhythms normal. From time to time I might put my gadget on my ear; I find it gets rid of tinnitus.

I’m going to be 50 this year and though menopausal have no symptoms.

You need to throw away the sunscreen, it's carcinogenic and blocks healthy solar radiation.

a lot of health benefits. Took out my cold instantly , clears acne and
some of my back pain. A bigger lamp is better than just some small

A holistic MD gave me one of those to clear up a skin condition. It worked in about a week of continued use. There was no control group of me doing nothing for a week and it clearing up but I did have the condition for months and the red light cleared it up in a week. Something to it.
