Hospital Receiving Special Covid Payments -BS- not happening

Where will the money come from ? All these hospitals supposedly waiting on extra funds for Covid -19 deaths. Let’s look at economics here. There won’t be extra money to pay out. Hospitals have been mismanaged for years - the over priced health care system couldn’t survive charging 10/pill for Tylenol. Trying to make up these fees by getting extra $$$ for Covid -19 that the government just doesn’t have. When I read they are expecting 40k per death or more I have wonder why someone would even think this money is available. Many systems broken at once.
