But if you decide to do it anyway, than 0/0 = 2.



That's undefined, they say. You can't do it.
Well, that's not really fair. Black holes divide by zero all the time. Think about that.

we set numbers and equations as undefined and impossible simply because they don't make sense to us. this is a rather anthropocentric view. There are a lot of things we didn't think existed before because our senses couldn't perceive them. Huge swaths of the electromagnetic spectrum, for example. Or neutrons, protons, and electrons.

So how can we definitely say it is irrational that 0/0=2?
