COV-SARS vaccine leads pulmonary immunopathology

I was doing a little research and found that the vaccine for the coronavirus in 2002 caused a strong Immunity response, specifically in the lungs if the vaccine had aluminum adjuvants in it. This years vaccine has aluminum adjuvants in it. Anyone know of anyone that had a strong pulmonary immunopathology response to cv-19 and if they had or did not have this years flu vaccine?
