Trump Plan to REOPEN AMERICA -whitehouse.gov

bars remain closed in phase one
phase two, diminished standing room capacity
phase three, still come precautions...

I rarely go to bars anyway unless there is a band playing...

Basically they are saying reopen, protect vulnerable people, keep "social distancing"

RETURN TO WORK, stay home if you are sick, and have adequate testing facilities and be ready to go backward if there are more outbreaks...

Actually it seems pretty logical, after having read through it... Gotta start somewhere.
