He said basically they're locked in cells all day, only out less than an hour and in small groups... he said they can only be in groups of up to 4. Texas prison system has halted taking new inmates. I really sympathize for the people locked up. Most of them anyway. Drug offenders, stuff like that. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out over the next few months. |
