O'Biden was totally put on the bench when Obama visited WH last year. And suspiciously many in his administration also served under Obama. That is why quite a few refer to the Biden's administration as Obama's third term, and Biden himself as "O'Biden". This is like when Putin let Medvedev serve as prime minister to circumvent the Russian constitution.

He carefully avoids mentioning him.
He's covering up for Obama.
