My apologies, you are right, if you mean that by doing the test and assuming the test showed that you have antibodies for one reason or another, you'd not get vaccinated, but you sure would have to have a certificate, so the "tagging" through the same way that will be done from the vaccine, will be implemented.

Either way, the so called "Mark" will be enforced in all cases.

This is not mandatory, this one they are trying to pass it now through the mass media slowly by mentioning this for the greater good.
