This just goes to prove that all of these illustrious "councils" mean nothing. They're just venues for world leaders to pat each other on the back and declare how hard working and wonderful they are.

Oh, and such councils are also great for money laundering. Let's start this human rights committee, and this project "for the people", and funnel millions into it, which will never be audited and will wind up bankrolling the elite.

"Human Rights" council... give me a break!
