Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation. I'm a Believer, I Believe.
I've listed two links below. I first learned about this from videos on GLP. The more I look and the more I use these methods, the more I believe in them.

I am not a medical expert, but I always do my research.

Be healthy.

Re: Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation. I'm a Believer, I Believe.
I've been running 3% straight from the bottle peroxide (instead of distilled water) along with 12 drops of theive's oil through my diffuser. 3 of my kids got sick right before all this started. 1st kid is 17 and healthy as an ox. He was sick for 8 days and missed 6 days of school. He started on alli-ultra on day 5 and started getting better. I did some research and bought a diffuser and oils. Daughter got it, always been sickly and has asthma so I had her sleep on the couch with it blowing by her head all night. Started allicin on day 1 of fever. 2 nights later she was fine, no fever, no cough, missed 2 days of school. Youngest son caught it, did the same thing as daughter 2 nights and all gone. It was supposedly the flu according to doctor, but they did not test and their main complaint was fever, cough, shortness of breath and chest pain (in the rib cage area). Youngest son recovered the day before they closed school for this virus. So IF it was the chinkie pox, that means 5 of 8 of us were asymptomatic, 1 got pretty sick to the point I was getting worried and 2 were sick, but not scary sick. I wish I knew if it was the flu or the chinkie stinky and if my home remedies were helpful or it was just a fluke.

I've been using a nebulizer. I run 6 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide through a nebulizer mask, twice a day. This allows me to work on my computer. The only downside is that it has bleached my goatee platinum blonde. Lol. Actually, I kind of like it.

I don’t know why I never thought about that before. I guess maybe I thought it would damage the vaporizer or something. Wonder if I could put it in a vape pen, too. I may try it out on an old one.

Re: Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation. I'm a Believer, I Believe.
That's not the way I do it. I use 1.5% but you can use 3% if you can stand it. Also, they aren't getting the sinuses.

1. I spray a blast into each nostril, which burns pretty good, but you'll get over it.

When that pain subsides, I spray it into my mouth as I inhale. 1 spray, one inhale, not 4 or 5 pumps. I inhale the spray 4 or 5 times. If I was sick, I might bump it to 3% H2O2 and do it more often, but the way I do it is just an every day thing. Several times a day.

If your ears are bothering you, just put a gentle spray in your ear canal and let it bubble for a while, then dry it out, then spray the other ear. After a couple of times, your ears should be fine.
I don't have the time or the crayons to explain this to you.

Just put a drop of it on your skin. If skin turns white and begins to burn, it's still good.
 Quoting: Butch DeFeo

That is a malicious suggestion, Butch.

It' probably fine, but don't put it on your skin. Dilute it to at least 3% before you do any testing. Wash your hands well after handling the 30% bottle. Do not touch your eyes or sensitive membrane areas.

I don't think it has ever failed me. Just keep blasting away at it with your sprayer. If my throat is sore, I add gargling H2O2 to the list of things to do.

On alternate times, put a teaspoon of Baking Soda in several ounces of water and gargle that instead of using salt. Don't swallow, spit it out.

Yeah but dont tell them because as far as they are concerned it only has one oxygen atom more then the water molecule so it must be similar.

The guy in the video I posted above is doing 3%. I'm an asthmatic recovering from flu at the moment, so I tried it a couple times today. My observations:

1. It is irritating to the throat. Burns a bit.

2. After about 10 minutes or so, breathing was pretty good. Definitely didn't hurt my breathing. *may* have helped it.

Saw in the drwlc.com article it says,

"For most adults, the 3% concentration can be utilized in the nebulization chamber undiluted. this optimizes the degree and rapidity of anti-viral and anti-pathogen effect."

"For some, the 3% concentration results in too much stinging/burning in the nose. Such individuals can dilute with water until they find their highest tolerable concentration. Nearly everybody can tolerate a 50/50 combination of the 3% hydrogen peroxide and water. However, still lower concentration can be utilized with clearly beneficial effect."

I should add, when I tried it a couple times today, it was via a spray bottle like the man in the video did. I did not use a nebulizer. I am thinking the nebulizer might eliminate the throat irritation I experienced as it would be a better aerosolization. The pump mister I used still had rather large droplets come out of it, probably contributing to the harsh throat sensation.

Re: Hydrogen Peroxide Inhalation. I'm a Believer, I Believe.
Inhalation of vapors, mists, or aerosols from concentrated solutions of hydrogen peroxide can cause significant morbidity. Because it is nearly odorless and nonirritating except at high concentrations, persons may not be aware of its presence. No odor threshold was located for hydrogen peroxide (the OSHA PEL is 1 ppm). Detection of odor does not provide adequate warning of hazardous concentrations. Hydrogen peroxide vapor is heavier than air and may cause asphyxiation in enclosed, poorly ventilated, or low-lying areas.
