For it to be proven, it would need to go through an official double blind prospective trial, which it hasn't.

So for the time being it is unproven and you have doctors wirh amazing stories that need to be peer reviewed and repeated to be validated.

If it was as good as people say, wouldn't we have more stories of success.

My general feeling is that it probably helps but the question is if there is selection bias by the doctors or if there is a skew for having less severity in prescribing.

There are a lot of true true unrelated situations that can influence results from one doctor and because of the nature of how it was done there are various null hypothesises that exist.

Hence unproven.

OP, we'd like to know if Michigan is still banning HCQ, and if Nevada now will allow preventative prescriptions of HCQ for those who have day1 symptoms, but not tested (OR results pending) and not in the hospital yet ?
