Of course we dont know.... Thas decided at the point of death certified by a Dr and then presented to a coroner.
Even if we are generous with a 10% NOT being COVID... thats still 90% with.
The point here and I realy think you dont grasp this is.... The vast majority of cases ARE by COVID 19 ON TOP OF the other cases you purport to be Pollution based.
The COVID deaths are in addition to the Daily deaths in any given country.

Im realy curious as to why you are a vehement denier of this Covid 19 pandemic. but we are in lockdown. Everybody is saying that this is ridiculous. Personally I know many people from many countries: not one case related to them. Thats good to hear.... and hope it will stay that way. This has a long way to go, and it will get worse. We will soon know well enough which way this will go... As much as I disagree with your outlook, I wish you were correct.....
