The below article is about Forsyth County Hospital and that they have more than 50 patients in the hospital they are treating for Covid 19. You can assume people from surrounding counties are among the patients. If you add up the number of cases in surrounding counties they don't add up to 50 confirmed cases. So the hospital is treating more people than are even confirmed in the area. Only 10% to 20% of people require hospitalization so these numbers are way off.
