NC Covid 19 Numbers Not Adding Up
The reported number of cases of Covid 19 in Forsyth County is 16. The below article is about Forsyth County Hospital and that they have more than 50 patients in the hospital they are treating for Covid 19. You can assume people from surrounding counties are among the patients. If you add up the number of cases in surrounding counties they don't add up to 50 confirmed cases. So the hospital is treating more people than are even confirmed in the area. Only 10% to 20% of people require hospitalization so these numbers are way off.

WRAL reported that there were fewer than 50 cases requiring hospitalization yesterday, the 25th.

That was for the entire state.

This part of the article is confusing
Forsyth Medical Center has more than 50 patients who have either tested positive for COVID-19 or are suspected to have the new coronavirus that causes it, an infectious disease expert told commissioners Thursday afternoon.
What is the new coronavirus that causes it?

Friend of mine's wife is a nurse there and he said they have a lot of patients with it

Why haven't they all been tested? Heard one test takes 4 hours (mighta been the bad one) otherwise results in 24 hours. Not testing is a great way to keep #s down-no one wants to be #1 in cases.
