Why is Louisiana and Pennsylvania on a shutdown but not Seattle? _________ To die would be an awfully big adventure. Go then, there are other worlds than these. We are ground zero and yet no "shelter in place" yet. I am also hearing the hospitals are filling up and any shelter in place order will only help the hospitals beginning 1-3 weeks from now. Do they think we have enough doctors, nurses, hospital beds that we don't need to "lower the curve"? I find that hard to believe, even though we have a lot of great hospitals in our area. "Ruh Roh" |

WA is a hotspot so I’m just wondering why hasn’t Inslee taken these steps yet? Do you think it’s coming? Do you think it’s maybe pointless now? Quoting: cgip HOW MUCH LOCKDOWN DO YOU WANT???? Everything is fucking closed. I can't sit down in a restaurant or coffee shop, all schools are closed, no library, no meetings. At least the public transportation system is still operational. At least here. |

Quoting: cgip Im also in Washington but not in King County. I'll bet it has to do with Inslee's reelection. If not it must be related to the mentality of King County. It is likely that none of the younger residents will comply. Then what? Arrest them? Shoot them? Inslee can't make that hard decision Hibbs4 |

To be clear, I’m not saying shut it down or not shut it down, but I find it peculiar that they’re leaving wa open and shutting other places up. It just doesn’t add up to me. _________ To die would be an awfully big adventure. Go then, there are other worlds than these. Ka was a wheel; it was also a net from which none ever escaped. |
