OP is right . My family got a group text yesterday from my first cousin who also works for Homeland for almost a decade now. He is based in Washington DC. This is what he sent us.

“Wish I could tell you about this call I'm on right now with the White House; never have heard anything like this since I started with FEMA in 2011. We're stepping up quickly and coordinating well! Be safe!
It’s coming in a few days.”
