Ever seen him in the press conferences? He slow walks his responses. Always states the obvious. Has nothing apart from "wash your hands", "wear masks" or "take China-made remdesivir" to state.

This indicates his heart is not there. This is just a show for Trump and the masses. He really does not have his heart to find a solution in controlling the death rates, get the economy back etc. He demonstrates no urgency that is required in a situation like this.
