On CNBC now they are saying that it isn't just the alarming spread of the virus, but also the lack of response by some countries that lead to the declaration.

What would have been funny if it was not so tragic was the WHO blaming everybody else for not takling the virus seriously.

Last week, I came across an embedded youtube video on some web site of an interview with a guy that was talking about $500 million in Pandemic bonds that were coming due in July of this year.

He was detailing how there were $5 trillion in derivitives tied to those Pandemic bonds and that was the reason that WHO was not ccalling this virus outbreak a pandemic.

I don't understand derivities but he seemed to know what he was talking about. It was interesting.

Did anyone else see that. I know I didn't dream it but I really don't want to spend the time it would take to try to find it again.
