I dont know if its true China is cutting people up

I recieved a video by FB private message that showed a Chinese man cutting the meat off of dead people's arms and legs with a hatchet. It looked real to me. Today I was sent another video warning people not to eat canned meat from China because China is turning their dead into canned meat. It said they have targeted Africa right now with their shipments and have even labled some of their shipments as being from other countries and not China. As I said I don't know if it's true or not... but I'm not eating any canned meat!
