Man Tried to Blow Up SUV at Pentagon

An officer saw Richardson "striking a cigarette lighter to a piece of fabric that was inserted into the vehicle's gas tank," court documents say.

Richardson said he was going to blow up the vehicle and himself, the documents say.

He was caught in Arlington National Cemetery after running there.
