So for those who remember SARS more clearly than I do (wasn't the right age to pay attention to that sort of shit back then), how bad is this in comparison?
Was the WHO and CDC telling everyone they were basically fucked?
Entire Chinese cities shut down?
Talks of U.S. cities shutting down?
Was any of that going on during the SARS outbreak?
Quoting: Lumberghini Here in the uk it was SARS and Mers are nothing to worry abut, just infecting a few people a long way away and it was over and never mentioned again very quickly. Ebola was more of an if it happens here, we will quarantine the hospital, bt nobody believed it would there was no worry about it. This is unprecedented in my 50 plus years, never seen closing and deep cleaning of doctors surgeries and everyone talking abut it, also now seeing people prepping in the supermarkets with carts of oats, etc.
