Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | There sure have been a lot of Emergency Broadcasting System tests lately My workplace has a radio going constantly 24/7, and I'd say it's been daily now for about a week and a half. It's the type of test that doesn't announce that it's a test, just the buzzer/beep and then back to radio programming. I cannot recall ever hearing this many. This is just a test. In the event of a real emergency you would have been advised to . . . RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!! This concludes our test of the Emergency Broadcasting System. We now return you to your regular threads. Dedicated to the brave men who fought and laid down their lives on the beaches of Normandy and the plains of Europe . . . that their sacrifice was not in vain. [ link to www.youtube.com (secure)] |
