That was EPIC, absolutely dominated from the start. Him coming on like that........nobody can sustain that, not even AJ. I feel a little sorry that Ben Davison couldn’t share in that. Proper old school fighting. Congrats to Fury, it wasn’t nice seeing Wilder being ‘punished’ like that, very brave of him to stay on his feet taking that, he was done in round one. It was why Dundee never let Ali use weights. And it slowed Hagler down when he met Leonard in '87. Fury wasn't any faster this time but he did have more weight to throw around in there. Plus that huge weight-advantage itself. So how will Ruiz, Jr do against a guy nearer to his own weight? :fireplace: "Remember when we used to treat colds and flu with chicken soup, saltwater gargles and warm tea instead of Communism?" |

If Fury didn't break his jaw like Norton once did.. :fireplace: "Remember when we used to treat colds and flu with chicken soup, saltwater gargles and warm tea instead of Communism?" |

What if Shaquille O'Neal had taken up boxing instead of basketball? Or Wilt the Stilt?? Or Ed Jones (Too Tall) from the beginning? I never hide behind anything I say. Fury was ‘robbed’ first time round & I was supporting Fury as a fellow Brit. I did ‘not’ see Fury doing what he just did, I can’t imagine anyone else on the planet did. Fury is a great boxer but I had Wilder down for this win due to the demeanour of the entire Fury camp as I stated before the fight. Nothing to do with his ‘ability’ but due to ‘something being off’, well NOTHING was ‘off’ & Fury destroyed Wilder! Great fight, don’t cry over spilt milk lol. GLP alert level 2; "Go get a Hard Hat:.
