Anybody else experience extreme nausea in the morning

not personaly but i know two women between 20 and 30 that do since recently

Maybe nausea from low blood sugar and coughing because body is dehydrated and lungs congested. Drink a lot water when you first wake up and have some orange juice. I’ve had the coughing fits but they have recently stopped

Try stinging nettle tea,it has a detox effect...

You absolutely need to have your pancreas checked for chronic pancreatitis if you are feeling nausea in the mornings. Please, do not let this go!! Your MD may recommend an ultrasound on your Gallbladder, if that is negative they may do a hida scan, if that is negative BE SURE to request a CT scan with contrast on your pancreas to rule it out... Many are being diagnosed with this due to virus from auto immune disorders and are unaware they even have one.

If you find you are having irregular bowel movements, dry skin, unusual thirst for water these are some of your indicators.

I had it real bad to the point my sides would ache from the force of trying to puke with nothing in my stomach. Take a hot bowl of soup before you go to bed at night, or one of those instant soups that you place in the microwave like Tomato bisque. It will make a difference and end your dry heaves.

Have you ever tried a gluten free diet OP? I had the same issues you described. Intense nausea that lasts upon waking up, until noon or later.. For me i think it was intolerance to gluten.. maybe ulcers from stress.. I never got an endoscope or official advice from a doctor.. but diet change up, and exercise should help alot..

my son does the same, every morning, it's from his ulcerative colitis. Anything digestive can cause those symptoms, acid reflux etc. I'd see a dr

I do not recommend running to a doctor and getting lots of tests to see if you have something right away. 3 years ago I was told I have "heart disease" and they wanted me on lots of pills, etc. I did not trust what they were saying, they then said "If you don't go through what we say, you will be dead by Christmas". That was 4 Christmas's ago. If you are fat, lose all the weight. Don't trust just because someone is "wearing a white coat" many are in the business of kickbacks for issuing drugs,and many, many get organized so that it is a circle of profit. I have no symptoms whatsoever now, that was 125 pounds ago.

I'm with you on this. Been told I had cancer TWICE now, first time decades ago, second time 3 years ago. That time they said it was pancreatic or kidney cancer. I'm pretty damn sure they were wrong at this point, lol, fuckers

Do you live with an emotional vampire? I used to and I would puke a lot. There was no concrete pattern to it. As soon as I moved it stopped, completely.
