Monday's Court of Appeal ruling came after lawyers said some detainees could not get access to legal advice because of problems with an O2 phone mast near the detention centres.

They were being held at two facilities near Heathrow airport.

you see what should happen when anyone emigrates to anywhere is that they are placed on a probationary licence. if you integrate, behave & keep a clean nose, don't cheat the system you can eventually qualify for equal status but if you or your direct offspring abuse the privilege that has been afforded to you (against the will of the majority) or engage in any subversion then you and your ilk are removed permanently. It makes the host country more comfortable and gives the migrant an incentive to prove themselves.
