use a natural source as in brewers yeast etc.
as for their comment on vitamin C ? millions never had any problems w/high doses as needed and way lower dosing as a baseline.
but w/iron supplements ? stay away. |

Above post is right, iron is everywhere include cereal such as weetabix, vitamin C in fruits such as orange.
