Dr. Mercola shared this cold/flu remedy. Says it can't hurt and it seem to work. It seems many, if not MOST viruses enter the body through the ears. People put their fingers in their ears more than they realize. i had to search around a bit, but found were mercola said good in ears, not good to ingest. you can pour a few drops into your ear canal as a remedy to combat cold and flu symptoms. People do not listen to this moron. It is safe to ingest. There are protocols which have been followed by many and you can find them and the accompanying testimonials online. It should not be taken long term. A few weeks worth of H2O2 therapy is fine for illness or acute infections. I have not heard of any protcols for inhalation. It would make sense to dramatically reduce the concentration for inhalation. H202 tends to deteriorate body tissue. Which is why it is such a powerful treatment for bacterial infections. And only to be used short term. |

The easiest way I dilute Hydrogen peroxide is 1 drop of it with 2 drops of Clean water. So if I have 3 drops of HP, I add 6 drops of Water. 1:11 ratio and I never had any problems. Thanks for posting the information. I have been using Hydrogen peroxide for at least 5 years. One of my loved one is working in Urgent Care and I was concerned for his well being. |
